Service Delivery Options
- Many consumers prefer to be counseled online (via the web and email). For online credit counseling, get started now.
Clearpoint recommends Purple Communications for those who prefer video relay services. Visit Purple Communications to access free video and text relay services or to read more about Purple.
- Or, you may provide your own interpreter. Call 800.750.2227 (CCCS) to schedule your appointment.
- If you are unable to provide an interpreter, and you prefer an in-person or telephone session, Clearpoint will arrange for interpreter services. (Your counseling will be scheduled at a maximum of 5 days following your call and your counseling will take two hours.)
