The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) and associated regulations impose rules governing the use of outbound phone calls and text messages to individuals. Clearpoint strives to be fully compliant with all federal and state regulations, including those concerning outbound communication.


  • Clearpoint does not conduct telemarketing campaigns of any kind. No external firms conduct telemarketing campaigns on the behalf of Clearpoint.
  • Clearpoint has developed a set of Board of Directors approved policies that guide any outbound communication activity to ensure our ongoing compliance with the TCPA.
  • Outbound calls to individuals are limited to the delivery of counseling services where prior consent to contact has been given for contact.
