Ray Pennie is Clearpoint’s Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for managing a national business development team that expands ClearpPoint’s mission of “consumer health through financial education” to underserved economic groups, including low- to moderate- income populations, Hispanics, veterans, and older Americans. His team is instrumental in developing new and diverse revenue streams by forming strategic alliances with national corporations and nonprofits to further expand the agency’s footprint and reach.
Pennie joined the agency in 2012. He has more than 28 years of experience in the banking sector, working in commercial and residential lending and asset management. Before beginning his career in banking, Pennie proudly served for six years in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technical Operator, performing a variety of duties associated with operating telecommunications systems that exist across the global communications spectrum.
