Clearpoint Credit Counseling Solutions offers housing, bankruptcy and credit counseling for deaf and hard-of-hearing clients.

Service Delivery Options

  • Many consumers prefer to be counseled online (via the web and email). For online credit counseling, get started now.
  • Clearpoint recommends Purple Communications for those who prefer video relay services. Visit Purple Communications to access free video and text relay services or to read more about Purple.
  • Or, you may provide your own interpreter. Call 800.750.2227 (CCCS) to schedule your appointment.
  • If you are unable to provide an interpreter, and you prefer an in-person or telephone session, Clearpoint will arrange for interpreter services. (Your counseling will be scheduled at a maximum of 5 days following your call and your counseling will take two hours.)
