Clearpoint partners with local television stations to promote the financial health of their viewers. Our telephonic system and national presence allow us to engage audiences in markets of all sizes. During these events, our certified credit counselors answer specific viewer questions regarding their debt, credit, budget and housing concerns on a special dedicated hotline. These “Ask a Credit Counselor” phonebanks can be hosted by the participating station or at one of numerous branch locations across 15 states. In total, our televised phonebanks have assisted over 10,000 consumers by telephone, with thousands more visiting the station’s websites for additional resources and information online.
